Labor & Birth

• Continuous, in-person support throughout labor and birth

• Evidence-based guidance, comfort measures, positioning, and hands-on support

• Ongoing partner support and guidance throughout labor

• Advocacy support to help you communicate your preferences and make informed decisions

• Access to a trusted back-up doula when needed

Postpartum Care

• 1–2 hours of immediate postpartum support following birth

• Breastfeeding initiation support

• One 3 hour in-home postpartum visit
