As a certified Birth Doula and Newborn Care Specialist, my mission is to support families, offering science-based, compassionate and empowering care.
I began my journey as a caregiver 9 years ago on the East Coast, helping a young family with their newborns. It was then that I first experienced the unique challenges and joys of postpartum life. Although I had little formal experience with newborns, my natural connection with them grew quickly, and I dove into learning everything I could. That passion led me to become a certified Newborn Care Specialist.
As I spent years caring for babies, I noticed something important: mothers often needed just as much support. I realized that to truly serve families, I had to expand my focus. So, in 2022, I completed my Doula training at Rocky Mountain Doula in Colorado, committing myself to supporting both mothers and babies with a holistic approach.
My mission is to support you through every step, ensuring you never feel alone. Whatever challenges arise, I’m here to guide you with the expertise you need to feel confident and cared for.
